Media Advisory: Student researchers from UM System’s four universities present at ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº State Capitol

WHAT

Representing each of the four University of ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº System universities, a handful of high-achieving students will travel to the ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº Capitol to showcase their research at Undergraduate Research Day. This annual event marks an opportunity for students to share their research innovations with state legislators. This research spans a breadth of topics, including agriculture, biology, chemistry, education, engineering, health, history, physics, psychology, social services and transportation and infrastructure. 

In total, 43 students will present their research projects to ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº lawmakers: 13 from the University of ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº-Columbia, 12 from the University of ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº-Kansas City, 11 from the ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº University of Science and Technology and seven from the University of ÑÇÖÞÓ°Ôº-St. Louis.
