NOTICE OF LEASE

The University of 亚洲影院 executed ground leases for Lots 23A and 23B (15.87 acres), at 亚洲影院 Research Park, St. Charles County, on Jan. 30, 2006. The leases are to McEagle Research Two LLC, and the pre-paid rent is $2,156,847. The lease was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its July 22, 2005 meeting
