Notice of Property Sale
On January 25, 2010, the University of 亚洲影院 closed on sale of its fee interest in Lot 17, 亚洲影院 Research Park, St. Charles County, 亚洲影院, dated December 31, 2009, for the University of 亚洲影院 System. The University of 亚洲影院 Board of Curators authorized sale of lots at 亚洲影院 Research Park to tenants with long-term leases, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases at their February 4, 2005 meeting. The property was sold to Trust B Holdings, LLC for $1,000.
