HR-515 Check-Off of Union Dues—Service/Maintenance Employees

Summary

The University recognizes the right of an employee’s membership to a labor organization and coordinates with recognized bargaining units regarding dues collection.

If any part of this policy does not reflect the Collected Rules and Regulations (CRR), the provisions of the CRR will govern.


Policy

Please refer to the following Collected Rules and Regulations:
CRR 350.030: Check-off of Union Dues, including:

  • Service and Maintenance Bargaining Units
  • Request for Authorized deductions of Organizational Units
  • Authorized deduction
  • Withdrawal of authorized deduction
